Who we are

I’m Danny, the baker and creator behind Wildest Treats. I’m originally from Valparaíso, Chile, a colorful coastal city full of culture, tradition, and unforgettable flavors. At 17 years old, I moved to the United States, and I’ve been building my life here since September 2021.

Baking has always been a meaningful part of my story. I grew up surrounded by family, culture, and food that brought people together, and I learned early on that baking is more than just recipes — it’s about care, patience, and connection. My grandmother played a huge role in inspiring my love for the kitchen, and her influence continues to guide everything I create today.

Alongside my passion for baking, I’m deeply committed to education. I earned an Associate’s degree in Mathematics and am currently completing my Bachelor’s in Science degree in Astrophysics at Lehigh University. Balancing science and baking may seem unexpected, but both require creativity, precision, and a lot of heart, and I bring those qualities into every treat I make.

I’ve been fortunate to share this journey with my partner, Matt, who has been by my side both personally and academically. We’ve studied in the same community college, supported each other through challenges, and grown side by side. His encouragement and support have played an important role in helping me get to where I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful for that.

Through Wildest Treats, my goal is to share a piece of my culture and story here in the United States. I love incorporating flavors inspired by my Chilean roots and the traditions I grew up with, while blending them with new ideas and experiences I’ve gained along the way. Every loaf, dessert, and sweet treat is homemade with intention, quality ingredients, and a genuine love for what I do.

Wildest Treats is not just a bakery — it’s a way for me to share my journey, my culture, and the joy that comes from food made with love.
